Quality Certification

The need to maintain our high quality of work is as important to us as to the customers, as evident in our well-established in-house QC procedures and a well-equipped laboratory.

In 1990, we are one of the earliest maintenance companies in Singapore to be awarded the SISIR Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which was based on the ISO 9000 Certification standards. It was in 1992 that SISIR (now SPRING Singapore) replaced the GMP certification with the ISO 9000 Certification (Certificate No: 92-1-0004).

Since then, our robust quality system has been constantly improved upon so as to ensure that all work carried out are to the customers' satisfaction. With a comprehensive entreprise resource management system (ERP) and fully-networked database, we are able to provide our customers with up-to-date information and efficient services to help you maintain your competitive edge and allow you to focus on your business priorities.

We have also obtained the certification to ISO 9001:2000, SS ISO 14001:2004, "Environmental Management Systems" and OHSAS 18001:1999, "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems".

In 2002, ST Engineering won the SPRING Singapore Singapore Quality Award (SQA), as a testament to our comprehensive, high quality and robust business framework.

In 2007, we are honoured and privileged to be a pioneer recipient of the prestigious Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation, the highest accolade in business excellence, offered by SPRING.
