Do you provide collection and delivery of test equipments?
Yes, we have a free pick-up and delivery service if you are based in Singapore.
Simply let us have your address and indicate when you want to have your equipment picked up.
For each calibration, there will be a calibration report which consists of a calibration certificate and calibration test results.
If your equipment is found to be out-of-tolerance and adjustment is performed,
you will also get the before- and after-adjustment results if requested.
How long does it take to provide a repair evaluation?
It generally takes about 3-7 work days to diagnose and evaluate a repair job,
depending on the current workload availability of spare parts.
We will not proceed with the repair until you have approved the repair quotation.
JuzClickCal Online is a free web-based service accessible from the www.juzclickcal.com website and is offered to all our customers.
With an assigned login ID and password, the customer is able to log in (at the 'Customer Service' page)
and check for calibration job status, view past calibration history, monitor calibration due, etc.

If you want to register to use JuzClickCal Online, just follow the instructions on the registration page. During registration, you will be asked to create a Login ID of your choice.
Please Note: A Login ID cannot contain special characters or spaces and must contain between 6 to 20 alphanumeric characters.
Yes, you may sign up simply as a web user instead of as a customer! As a registered web user, you can still request for equipment quotations and make online enquires on our calibration capabilities. As a registered customer, JuzClickCal Online can help you to keep track of calibration job status for any ongoing jobs, view past calibration history of jobs as well as to monitor calibration due, etc.
Can my colleagues view the same job records as me?
Yes, your colleagues can view the same job records as you! If you are already a registered customer, you may invite your colleagues to join JuzClickCal Online by following this procedure. Log on to JuzClickCal Online if you have not already done so. Among a row of options near the top of page, look for 'Invite' and click on it. Enter your 'Colleague Name' and 'Colleague Email'. Click on the 'Invite' button. An email notification will be sent to your colleague together with a unique identification reference number. He/She will then simply register with JuzClickCal Online with the given identification number.
I have registered for a JuzClickCal Online user account but I can't access my job records.
If you tried to access a page but encountered the page 'Request To Link Job Database', it means your account is not linked with your job records. If you have not requested for linking before, click on the 'LINK' button. If you have previously requested for linking by clicking on the 'LINK' button, an email will be sent to your registered email address upon linking. If you have registered with an invitation reference number and encountered this problem, click here to inform our administrator.
Login at the Customer Service page and then click on 'Quotation Request'.

Once inside, enter the equipment model and provide the requested information.
When done, click on 'Submit' button. We will reply to you within the next working day.
How do I make enquiry on a model that I want to be calibrated?
Login at the Customer Service page and then click on 'Calibration Enquiry'.

Registration with us enables us to keep track of your enquiry. The information provided will be kept strictly confidential).
Once inside, key in your equipment model number in the text box at the top and press 'Search' button.
Each model can be added to the Quotation List if you want to request for a quotation.
When you are done, click on 'Submit' button. We will reply to you on the quotation within the next working day.
First of all, the SAC-SINGLAS scheme is an accreditation and not a certification.
Yes, our laboratory is accredited to the SAC-SINGLAS under these scopes of accreditation.
If you require a SAC-SINGLAS calibration, please indicate to us upfront when you are requesting for the quotation.
