Our Facilities
The Instrument Calibration Centre (ICC) was set up in 1969, the year that the company was formed. Over the years, we have established a firm reputation as a one-stop repair and calibration centre in the region.
The centre, occupying a total floor area of over 1,000 square meters, houses the Electrical Laboratory and Mechanical Laboratory.
Within these 2 laboratories, we have built up a diversified calibration and repair facilities to cater to the calibration needs of the industry, among them are:
- High-power sensors up to 400 Watts
- High-power RF generators up to 2500 Watts
- High-end calibrators
- Phase noise measurement
- Electrical phase measurement
- Military test sets
- Microwave frequency test equipment up to 26.5 GHz
- Vibration calibration system
- Temperature calibration system
- Vacuum and pressure calibration system
Other facilities include:
- Electrical Standards Rooms - where our electrical reference standards like resistance standards, capacitance standards, DC and AC voltage standards, phase standards, cesium frequency standard and GPS frequency standard are maintained
- Mechanical Standards Room - where our physical reference standards like dead weights, gauge block sets, torque testers, proving rings and pressure standards are maintained
- Service & Repair Stations - to repair high power RF generators and vacuum pumps
- ATE Calibration Stations - automation of many of our calibration processes
- Fully Networked Database System - efficient and up-to-date sharing of calibration and customer information
- Library - stores our huge collection of calibration procedures and technical manuals
